1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to locations within India. If you would like to inquire about delivery to a specific area or address, please contact us before placing your order.
2. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery location and the size of your order. The applicable shipping fees will be displayed at checkout. In cases of bulk orders, special shipping rates may apply.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation along with tracking information.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the location and selected shipping method. Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions, public holidays, or carrier issues.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number via email so you can monitor the delivery status. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated on the carrier’s website.
6. Shipping Carriers
We partner with reliable shipping carriers to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time. Our shipping partners may include well-known carriers, such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, and India Post, among others.
7. Delivery Issues

8. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or if it is lost in transit, please reach out to us immediately. We may request photos of the damaged package or further information. Nutify will coordinate with the carrier to address the issue and, if eligible, provide a replacement or refund.
9. Change of Address
If you need to change the delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, we may not be able to alter the delivery address.
10. International Shipping
Currently, Nutify only offers shipping within India. We do not ship internationally at this time.
